The 2006-2007 Academic Facilitator Services has started in November 6, 2006.  The academic facilitator service is available everyday between 9:00 - 18:00. Students can get immediate responses from the facilitator of the course by asking questions about the subjects, applications, practices or assignments.
If you want to use the Academic Facilitator Service, first click the Courses, then click the Facilitation link of the related course and click the Entrance to the Academic Facilitation Course button. You can find the student guide for the academic facilitation service in the Facilitator service pages.

Support
Enrolled students can get support everyday between 8.00 a.m. and 23.00 p.m. via e-mail, chat and telephone.
Click here to learn more about using the Facilitator service. Support Chat Room environment must be used for Support services whereas the General Chat Room must be used for individual chat among the students.
Remark: You need to open a session using your bilgi.anadolu.edu.tr address when you are adding the destek@bilgi.aof.edu.tr address to your MSN Messenger person list. You will not be able to use the support system if you add the support address to your other addresses such as hotmail, yahoo etc.
